01Scope
These terms govern access to and use of allway.ai (the “website”), operated by the company identified in our Legal notice. By using the website you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Browsing the website is free and doesn’t require registration.
02Information on the website
The website describes our products, features, use cases and pricing in general terms. It is information, not an offer: features shown may depend on the venue, the plan and the integrations contracted, and some may be in development.
Quotes requested through the website are free and non-binding. A contract only exists once both parties sign a written agreement, which then prevails over anything stated on the website.
We try to keep content accurate and up to date, but we may change, update or remove it at any time without notice.
03Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you must not:
- Use it for illegal purposes or in a way that harms Allway or third parties.
- Try to access restricted areas, systems or data, or interfere with the website’s security or availability.
- Introduce viruses or any other harmful code, or overload the infrastructure (for example with automated mass requests).
- Send false information through the contact form, or use it to send spam or unsolicited advertising.
- Copy, scrape or reuse the content in breach of section 4.
We may block access to anyone who breaches these rules.
04Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, video, 3D models, design, logos, trademarks and code) belongs to Allway or its licensors. Using the website gives you no licence or right over it beyond viewing it for personal or internal business information.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform any of it without our prior written permission, except where the law allows it, such as short quotations with attribution. For press or partnership material, write to [email protected].
05Links and third-party content
The website may link to or embed third-party content, such as YouTube videos or partner websites. We don’t control that content and aren’t responsible for it, its availability or its privacy practices. Once we become aware that linked content is unlawful, we will remove the link promptly (LSSI-CE art. 17).
Linking to the homepage of allway.ai is welcome. Deep links, frames or anything that suggests a relationship with Allway that doesn’t exist need our permission.
06Liability
We work to keep the website available and secure, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Allway isn’t liable for damage caused by interruptions, technical faults, viruses introduced by third parties, or decisions made solely on the basis of general information published on the website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights consumers have under Spanish law.
07Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy policy, and the cookies we use in the Cookie policy.
08Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the website or the law. The version published here, with its date at the top, is the one that applies when you use the website.
09Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute about the website will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts of your place of residence, as it does for consumers.
If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
