Questions about pricing
How is the price calculated?
By three things: how many points of interest your venue has, its dimensions and your industry. Together they decide how much there is to scan, map, configure and keep up to date.
Are the setup fee and the subscription separate?
They are always quoted together. The setup builds your digital twin once; the subscription runs everything on top of it.
Do we need to buy or install hardware?
No. Allway uses visual positioning from the phone’s camera, so there are no beacons or devices to install in the building.
Can Allway run inside our own app?
Yes. Visitors can use the Allway app and web, or you can embed navigation in your iOS and Android app with our native SDK. We include it in the quote.
What happens when the venue changes?
Store changes and new points of interest are included in the subscription, and our team supports scan updates when a space is rebuilt.
